Villa Joy

Villa Joy is a luxurious two-storey stone villa (maisonette) built on a plot of 2300sqm in the year 2022 within the zone of the traditional settlement of Kamilari, Heraklion, Crete. The area is called Seli due to the existence of an old Minoan settlement Seli and is next to the settlement of Kamilari.

It is located next to the archeological site of Phaistos and Kommos, and close to that of Gortyna, the Holy Trinity, as well as the archeological museum of Messara. The plot is located on a low hill at an altitude of about 12.5m above sea level, facing the provincial road 65.
